Submit a refund request within 14 calendar days of purchase. We will consider requests for a duplicate charge, a corrupted or unusable file, inability to access the product after reasonable troubleshooting, or content that is materially different from the product description at purchase. Refunds are not normally provided for change of mind after access or download, lack of time or skill, or compatibility requirements that were clearly disclosed. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights. Where a buyer expressly consents to immediate digital delivery and acknowledges loss of a cancellation right at checkout, that right may end when delivery begins, subject to applicable law.
